The Freshman Experience is a unique multi-disciplinary team building opportunity for the freshmen of Ridgewood High School. In this session I will introduce the process of running a grade wide project where students are faced with a driving question and have to solve it. I will discuss incorporating the 4 C's (collaboration, communication, critical thinking, and creativity) and course content, effective use of technology, and how this experience shaped these young students.
